In the interview, Luv talks about what prompted him to start a consulting firm. He talks about some of the early mistakes he made in regard to the services he took to market in contrast to what he thought he was going to offer. Luv also shares how he got his firm up and running and growing quickly. He provides detail on how he built a warm bench of talent that grew his early projects. 

The interview also covers how Techolution pivoted from being a services firm to AI and ML when the services originally had originally not been about AI.
